I won (well, technically I guess hubby won) a Dad Relationship Keepsake Journal from Sand Dune Publishing Company. It contains 35-40 questions for daddy to answer in his own handwriting, and then it is to be given back to his son or daughter for them to cherish.
Quite some time ago, well over 10 years, I came across something similar to this and purchased one for each of my parents and my grandfather. It was a question a day for a year. I love that I have these and will love knowing that my son will have on from his dad as well. (I guess I’ll have to get one for me to fill out, LOL!).
